An artisan food kitchen in Campi Bisenzio, at the gates of Florence, and five market stalls a week between Florence and Prato. The Ricette di Famiglia line — ragù, sauces, pâtés, compotes, lampredotto and tripe in a jar — is cooked in house, slowly, with no added preservatives. Tuscan cured meats and cheeses are not made here: they are chosen.
