The whole cheeses are chosen by Sapori della Rocca in Campi Bisenzio: red-rind Tuscan marzolino, Pienza pecorino and the set that pairs the marzolino with red onion compote.

The other items are Franco e Pupa hampers from the Livorno shop: from the Tagliere Toscano to Formaggi d'Italia, the cheese sits inside with cured meats, oil and wine.
