What it is
This is the single-serve bar portion: the decaffeinated sachet kept under the counter and only opened upon request. A single, sealed dose that doesn't age the rest of the supply.
The coffee is decaffeinated in its green state, before arriving at the roasting plant.

- How it is roasted
- Traditional oak wood roasting, maintained for over four generations: the wood is added to the roaster's stove and the heat rises from one hundred to two hundred and ten degrees within twenty minutes, in a gradual increase.
