What it is
The blend for single-dose pods, for the most popular capsule system in Italian homes: it is the robusta that gives it the dark cream and the boost that holds the milk.

- How it is roasted
- Traditional oak wood roasting, maintained for over four generations: the wood is added to the roaster's stove and the heat rises from one hundred to two hundred and ten degrees within twenty minutes, in a gradual increase.
