The capsule fits Nespresso machines. It is not an original Nespresso capsule: inside is the roastery’s own Creamy blend, roasted in Calenzano. The brand is named here only to say which machine it works with.

What it is
The most common capsule system in Italian homes, with coffee from a wood-fired roastery: the house's smooth blend, the one with more Arabica and less body.

- How it is roasted
- Traditional oak wood roasting, maintained for over four generations: the wood is added to the roaster's stove and the heat rises from one hundred to two hundred and ten degrees within twenty minutes, in a gradual increase.
