This coffee
What it is
The pod contains ground coffee enclosed between two filter paper discs, with the dose already measured: once the coffee is finished, the entire pod, including the paper, is discarded. These are the small pods, containing decaffeinated blend.
The coffee is decaffeinated in its green state, before reaching the roasting plant.

- How it is roasted
- Traditional oak wood roasting, maintained for over four generations: the wood is added to the roaster's stove and the heat rises from one hundred to two hundred and ten degrees within twenty minutes, in a gradual increase.
