What it is
Decaffeinated in capsules, for those who drink coffee in the evening. The small size is just right for a product that is consumed more slowly at home than others.

- How it is roasted
- Traditional oak wood roasting, maintained for over four generations: the wood is added to the roaster's stove and the heat rises from one hundred to two hundred and ten degrees within twenty minutes, in a gradual increase.
