This coffee
What it is
The pod is ground coffee sealed between two filter paper discs: forty-four millimeters in diameter, with a pre-weighed dose. Once the coffee is finished, the entire pod, including the paper, is discarded.
Inside is the roastery's Cremoso blend.

- How it is roasted
- Traditional oak wood roasting, maintained for over four generations: the wood is added to the roaster's stove and the heat rises from one hundred to two hundred and ten degrees within twenty minutes, in a gradual increase.
