What it is
Of the two house blends, Intenso has more body: you can taste it in a cup, and it doesn't disappear under milk.
Finely ground for espresso machines: under pressure, water passes through the powder in twenty-five seconds, and the grind is the first thing that determines how the cup turns out. The medium size is for those who own a machine and use it every day.

- How it is roasted
- Traditional oak wood roasting: wood is added to the roaster's stove and the heat rises from one hundred to two hundred and ten degrees within twenty minutes, in a gradual increase.
