What it is
Of the two house blends, Intenso is the one with body: it can be tasted in the cup, and it doesn't disappear under milk.
The kilo is for those who grind at the moment. As soon as you grind, the surface exposed to the air multiplies and the aroma begins to dissipate: those with a grinder delay that moment until the last useful second.

- Traditional oak wood roasting: wood is added to the roaster's stove and the heat rises from one hundred to two hundred and ten degrees within twenty minutes, in a gradual increase.
