Sized to the way you use it
The farm offers 6 sizes, in glass and in tin: pick the one that suits your kitchen.
How it is made
Three liters is the household tin: the one bought after the harvest and from which the oil is decanted into the table bottle. In Tuscany, olive oil has always been bought this way, and the tin serves precisely this purpose — to keep the bulk in the dark, and bring to the table only what is used.
The olives are picked by hand from the trees between November and December and immediately taken to the mill for cold pressing. Six hectares of olive groves, with centenary trees.
