What it is
Cremoso is the other half of our home shelf: less body than Intenso, more softness in the cup.
Whole bean, in the mid-size format. Each batch of green coffee has a different personality, and the blend is re-tuned with each change so that the cup remains the same.

- Traditional oak wood roasting: wood is added to the roaster's stove and the heat rises from one hundred to two hundred and ten degrees within twenty minutes, in a gradual increase.
