What it is
Cremoso is the other half of our home shelf: less body than Intenso, more smoothness in the cup. It is the blend you choose when you drink your coffee black and want it to be perfectly smooth.
Whole beans, to be ground on the spot: whole beans expose much less surface area to the air than ground coffee.

- Traditional oak wood roasting: wood is added to the roaster's stove and the heat rises from one hundred to two hundred and ten degrees within twenty minutes, in a gradual increase.
