Where it comes from

A Colombian Arabica aged for six months in barrels that previously held tafia — the raw sugar cane distillate from which rum is made. The wood slowly releases what it absorbed back into the bean: six months is the time it takes, not a mere detail.

Ingredients
Roasted coffee beans. 100% Arabica.
How it is roasted
Traditional oak wood roasting: wood is added to the roaster's stove and the heat rises from one hundred to two hundred and ten degrees within twenty minutes, in a gradual increase.
Pack size
250g blister. The company advises that the packaging may vary.
In the pack
The roastery states that it comes with a tasting sheet.
