What it is, and what is in it
Five point eight percent. It is a bottom-fermented beer - the label calls it a winter lager, the brewery starts with a Vienna lager base - with three added spices: coriander, orange peel, and juniper.
Starting with a lager instead of a dark ale, as is traditional for Christmas beers, is a stated choice: the brewery says it aims for drinkability, and a Vienna lager can handle spices without adding its own weight.
It comes in a bottle with a swing top. As of the upload date, the brewery has not published the format or the complete list of ingredients.
