What it is, and what is in it
Four point eight degrees, straw yellow. In the recipe, alongside barley malt, there are oat flakes: they add body and make the head denser without adding color or sweetness.
The hops are new-generation European, and the brewery states that it only uses these. They work more on aroma than bitterness: light tropical and yellow-fleshed fruit come first, then in the mouth cereal and ripe fruit, and the bitterness finishes barely hinted at.
This is the beer that the brewery indicates as its best-known. Third place at the Barcelona Beer Challenge in 2019.
