This coffee
Where it comes from
Nepal is not traditionally a coffee-growing nation: plantations are few, young, and located at high altitudes on the southern slopes of the Himalayas. This particular lot comes from there.
- Ingredients
- Roasted coffee beans.
- How it is roasted
- Traditional oak wood roasting: wood is added to the roaster's stove and the heat rises from one hundred to two hundred and ten degrees within twenty minutes, in a gradual increase.

What it is like
In the words of the people who roast it.
Great aromatic structure, well balanced. A delicate cocoa base accompanies candied citrus peel and a hint of mountain herbs. Very persistent aftertaste.
