Where it comes from

From the Sierra Maestra, the mountain range in eastern Cuba: this is where almost all of the island's coffee is grown, and Serrano takes its name from the sierra itself.

How it is roasted
Traditional oak wood roasting: wood is added to the roaster's stove and the heat rises from one hundred to two hundred and ten degrees within twenty minutes, in a gradual increase.
