The item
What it is
The V60 takes its name from the angle: the body is a sixty-degree cone, and the raised ridges inside keep the paper away from the wall, so air escapes and water flows evenly. The wide hole at the bottom lets the pourer decide how fast the coffee descends.
This is the white ceramic model, size 02: it makes up to four cups at a time. It comes with paper filters, a measuring spoon, and a brewing guide. Dishwasher safe.
