What it is
Decaffeination happens to green coffee, before the bean reaches the roasting plant: here the decaffeinated coffee passes through the same roaster as the other blends, and the only thing that changes is the handling, because the decaffeinated bean darkens more quickly.
Already ground, in the medium size, for those who don't have a grinder at home. The company sells it in a single grind, without distinguishing between moka and espresso.

- Roasted and ground coffee.

- Not exceeding 0.10%, as stated on the label (Ministerial Decree 28 May 1976)
- How it is roasted
- Traditional oak wood roasting: wood is added to the roaster's stove and the heat rises from one hundred to two hundred and ten degrees within twenty minutes, in a gradual increase.

Sized to the way you use it
The roastery packs Decaffeinated in several grinds and several sizes. Pick the grind your moka pot or machine takes, and the size that lasts you just long enough.
