What it is
Cold brew isn't just chilled hot coffee: it's a different extraction. Without heat, bitter notes don't dissolve, and acidity remains low, resulting in a sweet taste even without sugar.
The Hario MCPN-14 bottle makes up to one liter of concentrate at a time. Fill the filter with one hundred and twenty grams of coarse grounds, attach it to the neck, pour in one liter of water, and let it steep for at least eight hours at room temperature or in the refrigerator, upright. Then pour.
