What it is, and what is in it
Eight degrees, golden. The name is the interjection that starts half a sentence in Livorno.
It's a clear Double IPA, not hazy, and the clarity is a declared choice: four hops in the recipe - Centennial, Mosaic, Simcoe, Ekuanot. On the nose, tropical fruit and resin. On the palate, herbal and tropical notes arrive along with balsamic; the approach is soft and the finish is bitter and extremely dry.
The brewery presents it as a Double IPA that is easy to drink, which is not the norm at eight degrees.
