Visionair Old Tom Hive Edition
Old Tom Gin · 0.5 l
The cut is not made by sugar: it is made by acacia honey.
€50,49
Where it comes from
The softened version of the house gin: the Old Tom tradition calls for a slightly sweetened gin, and here the sweetness comes not from sugar but from acacia honey.
The "bee thread" that runs through the entire project culminates in the glass: the botanicals nourish them, and their work returns to the recipe. The beehives are embossed on the thermal bottle.

The project began in Firenze at the start of 2023, inside the world of sommellerie and botanical pairings, from a question asked backwards: not “what recipe shall we make”, but “where does the bottle end up”.
