Where it comes from
Half a liter of artisan London Dry in a stainless steel thermal flask. When the gin runs out, the flask remains: it can be refilled from the one-liter format or the three-liter Bag in Box.
This is the piece that won silver at the World Gin Awards 2025 in the Bottle Design category: an award intended for bottles, won by a container that ceased to be one.

What it is like

On the nose
It opens with balsamic notes of juniper, followed by round floral notes of chamomile, acacia flowers, and bergamot.
On the palate
Predominant juniper, balsamicity softened by the other botanicals; a fresh citrus finish, which induces salivation.

The project began in Firenze at the start of 2023, inside the world of sommellerie and botanical pairings, from a question asked backwards: not “what recipe shall we make”, but “where does the bottle end up”.
