Herbs, spices & salt

This is the shortest shelf in the department. The 100-gram summer truffle salt is made by Fattoria Uccelliera, in the hills between Crespina Lorenzana and Fauglia. The Tellicherry peppercorns come from Mokalux in the one-kilo format, the one used behind the counter.

The rest is a Franco e Pupa hamper in which the spices travel with the pantry.
