Twenty-three lines come out of the Sapori della Rocca kitchen in Campi Bisenzio and sit in jars of 180, 300 and 340 grams: ragù of Chianina beef, wild boar, mutton, duck with orange and Chianti-style chicken, plus pomarola, ortolana, arrabbiata, pappa al pomodoro, salsa verde and Valdichiana aglione sauce.

Six are dry seasoning mixes from Pasta Bertoli, from cacio e pepe to puttanesca. The rest are boxes. From 3.19 euro.
