Hario Skerton Plus Hand Grinder

The Skerton Plus is the most common hand grinder you'll see on countertops: ceramic burrs, which last longer than steel ones and don't transfer heat to the bean, and grind adjustment with a nut under the burr collar.

It grinds from coarse for cold brew to fine for espresso. The upper body has a silicone lid that keeps the beans in while you turn the crank; the bowl below is made of heat-resistant glass and holds one hundred grams of ground coffee. It measures seventeen by nine by twenty-three centimeters.
