What it is
A manual coffee grinder with ceramic burrs. Ceramic matters: when grinding by hand, the bean is not pre-heated as happens with some electric grinders, and what remains in the cup is the aroma that heat would have taken away.
The container is airtight, holds one hundred and twenty grams and has low glass, so you can see the grounds as they descend and the coffee stays fresh for up to two days. The grind is adjustable.
