The thought
Who to bring it to
Six bottles of Aqua only, the Golden Ale with which the brewery started. It interprets the Czech Republic style: rich aroma, complex and spicy malt, and Saaz hops front and center.
The body comes from the soft water, which allows for a generous use of malts and hops without harshness; the sweetness of the malt gives way to a dry finish, and at the end, the bitterness of the hops remains.
