Truffle is not sold loose here: all seven lines are hampers from Franco e Pupa, the Livorno shop, and truffle is one of the things inside them. Tartufaio Serio says as much in its name.

The single truffle products live on other shelves: the salt from Fattoria Uccelliera, the honey in 40 and 120 grams, the salamino from Sapori della Rocca, the pici from Pasta Bertoli.
