What is on the stall

A farm on the hills between Campiglia Marittima and Suvereto, 250 metres above sea level, in the locality of Poggio Paolone. On the stall there is the farm's own organic extra virgin olive oil, CCPB certified (IT BIO 009): the olives are picked by hand, only in its own groves, and at the mill leccino, moraiolo, pendolino and native frantoiano are blended. What comes out is a cold-pressed oil, in five sizes.

Alongside the oil there is the family's own craft: macramé necklaces, collars and bracelets set with stones, collected at the stall.

The stall does not do weekly markets: it goes to fairs and events.
