Kerstin Simply Creative

Hand-painted ceramics, from the hills of Reggello

Ceramic tiles hand-painted by Kerstin Rauch
  • Drawn sign of the Kerstin Simply Creative stall: ceramic crafts, travelling stall
  • Where to find the Kerstin Simply Creative stall: at fairs and events
  • The KS monogram of Kerstin Simply Creative: ceramic crafts, Reggello

What is on the stall

Kerstin Rauch works clay in a small studio in the hills of Reggello, in the province of Florence. She throws on the wheel, paints and glazes every piece by hand: wind chimes, plant holders, tiles, bowls and objects for the home, in the colours she takes from the landscape around her.

Outside the studio, her stall goes to fairs and events.

Twelve ten-centimetre tiles laid out in a grid on the blue cloth
Five hanging ceramic jellyfish, with air plants trailing down like tentacles
Four mosquito-coil holders on a tree stump in the garden
The worry stones painted with rainbows, lined up on a wooden tray
The green wind chime hanging, with its metal tubes and wooden clapper
A hand-painted house-number plaque: the number 41C framed with vine leaves
