Two 33 cl beers—an Aqua Golden Ale and a Focus Red IPA—with the 80-gram dark chocolate bars from the patisserie.
The dark chocolate is intense, crunchy at the first bite then melts: the blonde beer accompanies it, the red beer holds its own.
