Birrificio Aries

A microbrewery in San Pierino di Fucecchio, on the Via Francigena, halfway between Florence and Pisa. Unfiltered, unpasteurized beers, with no additives or preservatives, re-fermented in the bottle or in the keg.

A brewhouse with a two-hectoliter kettle and two six-hundred-liter cylindroconical tanks: short batches. The names come from the four elements, and then from the sky.
