It is the quietest part of the project and the most radical, because it shifts gin from a product-to-be-bought to a service-to-be-refilled.

It opens with balsamic notes of juniper, followed by round floral notes of chamomile, acacia flowers, and bergamot.
On the palate
Predominant juniper, balsamic notes softened by other botanicals; a fresh citrus finish.

The project began in Firenze at the start of 2023, inside the world of sommellerie and botanical pairings, from a question asked backwards: not “what recipe shall we make”, but “where does the bottle end up”.
