What it is
This is coffee before roasting: the green, raw bean, as it arrives in jute sacks at the roastery. You don't grind it for a moka pot and you don't use it in a coffee machine — you steep it, like an herbal tea.
The company recommends one teaspoon in two hundred milliliters of boiling water, left to infuse.
