What it is
The base is the brewery's amber Belgian Ale, Terra, which here doesn't end up in a glass but in a jar. The beer's malty and slightly spicy notes are retained, topped with oranges and lemons: the citrus acidity keeps the sweetness in check, and the result remains warm without becoming cloying.
The company suggests serving it with aged cheeses, on tarts, in yogurt, or simply on bread and rusks.
