Many of the creations you find on Tuscany Market Hub are born when someone requests them. The creators work to order: this means that measurements, colors, and finishes are not always as displayed, and can often be agreed upon before production.
How it works
Write to us, stating which piece you are referring to and what changes you would like: a different size, color, quantity for an event, or an entire setup. We will forward the request directly to the artisan who produces it, who will respond with feasibility, lead times, and a quote.
What to include in your message
- The name of the creation (or a link to its page)
- The measurements or colors you have in mind
- When you need it by — handmade items have production times
- If it's for a special occasion: wedding, display, gift, setup
Where to write
Use the form on the Contact Us page or write to manuarti.tmh@k-worldwide.com, specifying "Custom Request" in the subject line.
Custom requests do not go through the shopping cart: first, the piece is agreed upon, then the order is formalized.
